We would like to inform you of an electrical parts defect that we have discovered in some units of COOLSCOPE, DS-5M and DS-5Mc.
This defect is found in very few of the abovementioned products.
However, if you do experience problems attributed to this defect, please contact Nikon for replacement of all such parts free of charge, regardless of expiration of specified warranty period.
The following irregularities may indicate an electrical parts defect in your COOLSCOPE, DS-5M or DS-5Mc:

Abnormal image coloring Image does not appear on screen Distorted image

Please contact your local dealer or Nikon distributor if you are experiencing such problems.
